The staff here are really helpful and quite friendly, always sporting a smile. the rooms are a good size and look like they've just come out of the box, boasting comfy beds and handy USB ports for charging. the food they serve is also top-notch! 🌟

Check in was easy, hotel was amazing, locations was excellent to get mini market around there. The room I booked was decent sized and tidy with conditioner, usb ports and hand soap...

They also assisted us in finding open hospitals and accompanied us to ensure effective communication with the medical professionals. The helpfulness and support from the staff truly made a difference during our difficult time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the property was an unexpected bonus.

The free drinks provided at the hotel were a great perk, with a wide variety of hot and cold coffee, tea, and apple juice options. the hotel's location was excellent, with only a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori and being just 500 meters away from Tanimachikyuchome station, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.

The air conditioning in the room was not up to par and took a long time to cool down the room. Another downside was the limited English understanding of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We had a great time staying here! The reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful. We particularly loved the comfy bed and the tasteful decor in our room. The location was also convenient, with a supermarket nearby and little restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was great that they let us store our backpacks while we went out and explored.
